Pred League is operated by DWT Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this App you are entering into a legally binding agreement with DWT Systems Ltd.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DWT Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the Pred League mobile application and related services ("App").

By downloading, installing, registering for or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

We strongly recommend that you read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you are unsure about any aspect of these Terms, please contact us at legal@predleague.com before proceeding.

2. About the App

Pred League is a football score predictions application that enables users to:

Predict the exact scores of football matches across multiple competitions
Create and join private prediction leagues with friends and colleagues
Compete against other users and track performance via live standings
View results and scoring breakdowns for completed prediction batches
Use Joker cards to double points on selected prediction batches
Receive notifications about deadlines, results and league activity

The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute gambling, betting or any form of financial wagering. No money changes hands between users as a result of predictions.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To use the App, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction
Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law
Have a valid Apple ID or Google account to download and use the App

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App. By using the App, you confirm that either you are 18 or over, or that you have obtained the necessary parental consent.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where we have reason to believe a user does not meet the age requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the App, you must create an account. During registration you agree to:

Provide accurate, current and complete information
Not use a false identity or impersonate any other person
Keep your login credentials strictly confidential
Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account at legal@predleague.com
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where we believe information provided is inaccurate or where the account is being used in breach of these Terms.

During the beta testing period, registration requires a valid invite code issued by DWT Systems Ltd. This requirement may be removed at our discretion when the App launches publicly.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the App requires a paid subscription, with the exception of users invited during the beta testing period (see clause 5.4).

5.1 Available Subscriptions

Standard Monthly: £0.99 per month, billed monthly in advance

Additional subscription tiers may be introduced in the future and will be subject to these Terms.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). DWT Systems Ltd does not store or have access to your payment card details. Payments are subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms and conditions.

5.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellations must be made through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings — we are unable to process cancellations directly
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then

5.4 Beta Users

Users who were granted access during the closed beta testing period are exempt from subscription requirements for the duration of their beta access, as agreed at the time of their invitation. DWT Systems Ltd reserves the right to end beta access and require a subscription upon reasonable notice.

5.5 Refunds

We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's/Google's refund policies. Refund requests must be made directly through the relevant app store.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price change and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, its servers or databases
Interfere with, disrupt or damage the App or its infrastructure
Use automated scripts, bots or other tools to access or collect data from the App
Impersonate any person, entity or organisation
Submit false, inaccurate or misleading information
Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App in a manner that could damage, overburden or impair our servers or networks
Harass, abuse or harm other users

7. Leagues, Predictions and User Conduct

Users may create prediction leagues and invite others to participate. The following rules apply:

League administrators are responsible for managing their leagues in accordance with these Terms
All prediction data submitted by users is used solely for the purpose of operating the App
Prediction results and standings are calculated automatically and are final
DWT Systems Ltd is not responsible for disputes between league members
We reserve the right to remove any league, user or content that violates these Terms without notice

Joker cards are a feature of the App that allows users to double their points for a selected prediction batch. The rules governing Joker card usage are set by the App and league settings — these are final and not subject to appeal.

8. Third-Party Data and Accuracy

Football fixture data, scores and results are sourced from third-party data providers. Whilst we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, DWT Systems Ltd:

Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of fixture data
Is not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data
Reserves the right to correct errors in results and standings where third-party data is found to be inaccurate

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, text and content, are owned by or licensed to DWT Systems Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the App other than the limited licence set out below.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, DWT Systems Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

DWT Systems Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components
That defects will be corrected
That the App or servers are free of harmful components

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DWT Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
Losses arising from your inability to access or use the App
Losses arising from errors or inaccuracies in third-party fixture data
Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

13. Suspension and Termination

By us: We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the App without prior notice if:

You breach any of these Terms
We are required to do so by law or a court order
We reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or in a manner harmful to other users or the App
You fail to pay applicable subscription fees

By you: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting legal@predleague.com. Your subscription must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the App and These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend that you tick the "I agree" checkbox during registration to confirm your acceptance, which removes any doubt that a binding contract has been formed.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DWT Systems Ltd in relation to your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
